Metro21 Art Gallery and WOM, part of the Novator Partners LLP fund, invited us to design a below-the-line campaign to promote the arrival of acclaimed Spanish lighting artist Spidertag. Known for his geometric and abstract light installations, Spidertag was commissioned by the progressive mobile network to activate a citywide urban art takeover in January 2019.

Idea
As lead creative, I developed a dystopian narrative where social media is controlled by a single provider, echoing themes of surveillance and restriction. Within this world, WOM emerges as the symbol of resistance against an Orwellian telecom monopoly that rations connectivity.
We planned the short film specifically for Instagram, driving awareness and engagement around Spidertag’s public art events throughout the city.
